Neumann University’s campus offers more than just classrooms and dorms. It’s a place where learning and peace intertwine.
With its mix of old stone buildings and sleek, modern architecture, every corner of campus holds a space that feels both inspiring and inviting.
Whether students crave silence, sunlight, or a supportive study community, Neumann provides countless cozy and creative corners to settle in with a book or laptop.
One of the most beloved study spaces on campus is the John C. Ford Student Success Center at The Hub.
Tucked behind its blue entrance awning, the center provides a calm, welcoming atmosphere where focus comes naturally.
The space hums quietly with determination with tutors working alongside students, computers softly glowing, and the gentle shuffle of note pages being turned.
Sophomore Kayla Naylor finds it to be the perfect balance between productivity and comfort.
“My favorite spot to study is the tutoring center,” Naylor shared. “Because it’s quiet and there’s people in there that can help you and it is cozy!” said Naylor.
Just a short walk away, the Mirenda Center for Sport, Spirituality, and Character Development stand tall as one of Neumann’s architectural gems.
Its open atrium floods with natural light, creating an atmosphere that feels open, calm, and deeply motivating.
Students often find themselves drawn to the tall glass windows, where sunshine spills across tables and the gentle vibration of campus life drifts in from outside.
“My favorite place to study on campus is the Mirenda Center,” she said. “It’s the only place where I can clear my head, stay focused, and actually get things done.” said senior Haley Price.
For students seeking total concentration, the Bruder Life Center provides an entirely different kind of study experience.
Its soundproof rooms are quiet sanctuaries designed for deep work and are equipped with multiple monitors, modern technology, and a sense of solitude that makes time seem to slow down.
Senior Ben Gibbons appreciates the space for its sense of control and focus.
“The combination of having multiple monitors and minimal outside distractions allows me to remain attentive to my work. Additionally, the ability for external noise to be blocked out provides me the peace of mind that I can have a space fully dedicated to whatever I am working on, and where all my thoughts can be spearheaded to the tasks at hand,” said Gibbons.
Across Neumann’s scenic campus, each building tells its own story.
The stone walls that speak to tradition, bright halls that echo progress, and outdoor spaces that invite reflection.
Whether it’s the quiet focus of the Tutoring Center, the radiant calm of the Mirenda atrium, or the tech-ready solitude of Bruder’s study rooms, students have found their own unique spots to thrive.
Neumann’s beauty goes beyond its appearance; it’s in the way the campus makes students feel motivated, grounded, and ready to grow.
Here, studying isn’t just a task; it’s an experience shaped by community, architecture, and a sense of belonging.
