On Par for Success: The Story of Our Women’s Golf Team

The Neumann University Division III Women’s Golf team is a unique group that showcases the exceptional talent of its players, many of whom had no prior golfing experience before joining the team.

Despite lacking experience in the sport, the players on the team have shown remarkable dedication and determination to develop their skills and compete at the highest level. The team’s success is a testament to the importance of hard work and a willingness to learn.

The team’s coach, Vince Campagna, has played a significant role in the team’s success by providing the players with expert guidance and support. Under his leadership, the team has made great strides in improving their performance and has become a force to be reckoned with in the collegiate golfing world. Most notably they come in second in the Atlantic East Conference Championship.

The players on the team have diverse backgrounds. However, they all share a passion for golf and a desire to succeed. They have embraced the challenges of learning a new sport and have shown a willingness to put in the necessary effort to improve.

One of the key factors that have contributed to the team’s success is the supportive and inclusive team culture, reflecting Neumann’s RISES values. The players encourage and motivate each other, and there is a strong sense of camaraderie that has developed among the team members.

The Neumann University women’s golf team is a shining example of the power of determination and hard work. The players on the team have proven that anything is possible with the right attitude and support, and their success is an inspiration to all who strive to achieve their goals.
