Destructor de Estrés

En la universidad, las cosas cambian constantemente, de un nuevo entorno, a una nueva habitación, nuevas personas con las que vivir, posiblemente nueva comida y un nuevo método para aprender. También, la universidad es única porque es totalmente tu responsabilidad ser académicamente responsable de ti mismo. Con un cambio tan constante viene la posibilidad de mucho estrés. A menudo, cuando un estudiante está estresado, también sentirá harto, quemado, angustiado, desanimado, y agotado. Como resultado, pospona la tarea, o pueda ser difícil sequir haciendo lo que te apasiona.

Hoy en día, es muy común aliviar el estrés haciendo ejercicio en el gimnasio, haciendo algocreativo, o viendo televisión o jugando videojuegos en línea. Para los estudiantes a los que lesgusta estar activos, practicar un deporte es un alivio común del estrés de la escuela y el drama con otras personas.

Porque el estrés pueda tener un gran impacto en tu capacidad para estar saludable día a día, es importante cuidarse y ponerse en lugares y situaciones donde tu estrés es bajo. Te recomiendo que salgas afuera cuando te sientas estresado y mires la naturaleza que te rodea. También recomiendo que limites tu consumo de cafeína, duerma lo suficiente todas las noches y te mantengas alejado de las pantallas de teléfonos y computadoras en la oscuridad.

Escucha, está bien sentirse perezoso o sentir que no tienes energía. A veces en la vida necesitas tomarte el tiempo para cargar las pilas de maneras que funcionen para ti, antes de que te sientas como tú mismo de nuevo. Por favor, espero que encuentres maneras de relajarse. Gracías. 

In college, things are constantly changing, from a new environment, a new room, new people to live with, possibly new food and a new method of learning. Also, college is unique because it is completely your responsibility to be academically responsible for yourself.
With such constant change comes the possibility of a lot of stress. Often, when a student is stress, he or she will also feel tired, burned out, distressed, discouraged, and exhausted. As a result, homework is postponed, or it can be difficult to continue doing what you are passionate about.

Today, it is very common to relieve stress by exercising in the gym, doing something creative, or watching television or playing video games online. For students who like to be active, practicing a sport is a common relief from the stress of school and drama with other people.
Because stress can have a big impact on you capacity to be healthy everyday, it’s important to take care of yourself and put yourself in places and situations where your stress is low. I recommend that you go outside when you feel stressed and look at the nature around you. I also recommend that you limit your caffeine intake, get enough sleep every night, and stay away from phone and computer screens in the dark.
